Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 lesson /tutor time / assembly resource covering this year’s topic of action. The lesson considers what mental health is, what actions pupils can take which will benefit their mental health as well as that of others, the aim of mental health awareness week and gets pupils to consider the reasons / science behind mental health advice. The lesson finishes by returning to some other ways pupils can support their own mental health.Previews show examples of some slides included in this lesson.
This is an easy to follow power point lesson (no prior planning, printing or preparation required . The resource is designed to be delivered asone 60 minutesession but all of our resources arefully editable.
