Who are your resources for?
Our resources are for teachers and adults at home who wish to support their child in learning valuable life skills, our resources cover topics such as PSHE, Citizenship, RE, Behaviour and Awareness Events.
What services do you offer to parents and home educators?
We offer parental coaching, either by scheduled video calls or an unlimited text / email service. This allows you to receive advice from our experts as and when you need it for an affordable price. We also offer parent guides on a range of topics. For home educators we provide online lessons and resources. Please get in touch at youcantknoweverything@gmail.com if there is something specific you need.
How do we receive our purchased resources?
Resources are sent via email. These emails may end up in spam or junk folders if you are not a regular customer.
Can I access all of your resources?
Yes, we offer a complete package offer which allows access to all of our current and future resources for 12 months. All of these resources can be downloaded, saved and are mostly fully editable. New resources will also be emailed directly to you.
What if I am not happy with a resource?
Please contact us at youcantknoweverything@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
What if I can't find what i'm looking for?
You can try using the search function on our website but if you still can't find exactly what you're looking for let us know as we offer an affordable bespoke resource creation option.
