Deepfake / AI generated images PSHE lesson which looks at the different ways young people might face harm from AI generated deepfake images including, having deepfake sexual images shared, being blackmailed using deepfakes and risky conversations with AI chatbots. The deepfake lesson then considers how to reduce the risk of harm from deepfakes and what to do if you do become a victim of AI generated content as well as the law around creating and sharing intimate deepfake images and using them for the purpose of blackmail. This deepfake lesson uses the Protect Us video aimed at highlighting the dangers for young people to decision makers and the Childline video by social media content creators The Charvas who look to highlight how to identify red flags in conversations with strangers.
